Uniquely, the ICE145-S utilizes the innovative Integrated Membrane Pre-Activated Carbon Technology (IMPACT), a dual-zone media amalgamation. This system blends a premium activated carbon series with a membrane, enhancing filtration efficacy. In addition, the built-in scale inhibitor mitigates lime scale accumulation and chlorine corrosion effects, providing reliable service for up to 25,000 gallons or 94,635 liters at flow rates reaching 2.1 gallons per minute (7.9 liters per minute).

This state-of-the-art system embraces the patented valve-in-head design. With this, cartridge replacements become effortless - the valve shuts off and vents water simultaneously, eliminating the need to halt the upstream feed water. Moreover, the system's Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) cartridge design minimizes leakage and contamination risks during cartridge change-outs, requiring just a 1/4 turn.
