This is a brand new Caractere front full bumper spoiler for an AUDI B8 S5 RS5 A5 S-Line Coupe or Convertible 2007-2012.  This is a very unique and fancy enhancement few US A5/S5's have which will allow yours to stand out in a crowd.

The bumper comes brand new in original factory packaging and primed for painting.  The material is ABS-Plastic.  Also included in the kit are both mesh inserts and (no visible) the requisite foam that lies behind the bumper.

*This is a complete replacement bumper not an add-on lip*
