You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW M Sport Automatic Gear Selector trim for a BMW E70 E70 LCI X5 2007-2013 and E71 E72 X6 2008-2014.  This is the same shifter found in the new X5 and X6 M models.  Yours will be brand new and in original BMW packaging.

This is the silver casing trim and shift plate trims only, FYI, not the whole shift mechanism.
