You are looking at a brand new genuine Mini brand piano black 8 piece waistline/beltline trim cover pair for the F55 Mini Cooper 5 Door 2015+.  This is a great finishing touch for your exterior, especially if you're looking to tone down the chrome accents for aesthetic preference.  This color was actually exclusive to the JCW models but can be added to a non JCW model very easily without any specialized tools.
