You are looking at a brand new eight piece black door handle set for a Land Rover LR2/Freelander 2, LR3/Discovery 3, LR4/Discovery 4 L319, or Range Rover Sport 2006-2013 L320 (the door handles are the same).  If you have the grey door handles and would prefer a black set for whatever styling advantage you have in your mind, then this is a very easy and relatively inexpensive OEM way to get it done.

The kit includes four door handle pieces, three lock covers, and one key hole cover (though it's not shown in the image yours will be suitable for a left hand drive driver side key hole)
