This is in excellent condition, 2x extender labled SLX/6006, however it will function with all 6000 series cameras. It may also work on the Hy6 in manual focus. As you can see from the photos, it's only lightly used with excellent glass. I like these for when I need a longer reach, particularly when traveling. Fun fact - when you have this fitted your minimum focus distance does not change which makes it useful for table top/ macro or portraiture. Also you can stack these with other extender or macro tubes.
Comes with both front and rear caps as shown.
