Here is a very rare total kit consisting of the following items:

• M39/M40 Rollei behind the lens shutter adapter (rare by itself)
• Rodenstock 150mm Imagon lens with removable shade and strainer.
• Special adapter for Imagon Lens for the correct spacing to the M39/M40 

If you are not sure what the Imagon lens is like, think of old Hollywood-style photos which are both soft and sharp at the same time.  The lens is fantastic for portraits and also floral work.  You can shoot this lens 'wide open' without the strainer, but if you want to stop down you click on the strainer piece which is adjustable through a range of apertures.   The strainer is somewhat unique in how it lets in little columns of light.  

The M39/M40 shutter adapter is also one of my favorite macro accessories for the Rolleiflex 6000 and Hy6 systems.  It has a m39 (enlarger style) threaded mount with an electronic shutter that allows one to mount a large variety of other lenses and still use them on the Rolleiflex.  I typically use the Rodenstock APO rodagon enlarging lenses for close up work.  Like all Rollei lenses you can sync strobes at any speed.

So you can use this together with the Imagon or separately with other lenses.
