From the famed Capillitas mines of Argentina comes the unforgettable Rhodochrosite! If you are a lover of pink gemstones, there is no denying it. Boasting fantastically gemmy, swirling bands of deep rose-pink across its heart, this cab is ready to take on the world! The gemmy pinks are set off by the most fantastic curve of blushing cream color along one side, and the line where these two colors meet ruffle gently like waves on the beach. This is one of my favorite cabs that I have cut, in one of the most delicious materials to work with! Rhodochrosite is soft, yet incredibly dense and smooth. Despite its softness, it takes a lovely polish, and it shimmers gently when turned in the light. Always dreamy and vastly deserving of its reputation as one of the most beautiful pink stones in the world! All measurements below are approximations.
