DESCRIPTION

Whatever your running level, the Altra Paradigm 7 is the ideal anti-pronation all-round running shoe. This shoe can handle any pace you run, whether it's a moderate 5K run or a long run. Experience the perfect balance between cushioning and responsiveness with this all-round running shoe!
Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. This natural foundation encourages better alignment, a better running style and a low-impact landing. Whether you prefer maximum cushioning, low cushioning or something in between, Balanced Cushioning lets your feet move naturally with every step.

MIDSOLE
The Paradigm has the Standard FootShape™ fit. This fit gives the foot enough room to move naturally. In the midsole you will find a thick layer of Altra EGO™ MAX. This luxurious, lightweight foam has been specially developed to make running as comfortable as possible. It is relatively soft and provides good energy return. The Innerflex™ technology has been applied to the foam. This is a grid of slots that cut through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This reduces weight and dramatically increases the shoe's flexibility without sacrificing cushioning. When you start to get tired, the shoe uses the GuideRail™ support system, which provides support and pronation control, while not bothering you during normal running.


UPPER
The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling.

OUTSOLE
The rubber outsole of the shoe provides good grip and traction while running. Because the FootPod™ technology is incorporated into the outsole, the shoe can bend and move naturally in response to your foot movements. Get the most out of your run with the Altra Paradigm 7!
