Navy blue silk blouse with balloon sleeves, a designer creation by Bill Blass that belongs on a late 1980s runway! It's a sheer chiffon formal top with extravagantly full taffeta sleeves, rustling and airy-light, with rich gathers at the shoulder. Has a V-neck and gathers at the torso, into a tall diaphanous waist panel with hand-tacked meringue-like pleats. A very posh look, meant for a ballroom or a black-tie event.

Beautiful, barely worn, the upper right bust has a barely perceptible lighter blush, this is so faint and would be hard to notice when worn, the zipper pull has enamel loss
