Please Note! This particular grab bar features a peg mount system that positions itself about 2 inches in from each end of the grab bar. Consequently, the actual length of the grab bar from end to end is approximately 4 inches longer than the specified size. The measurement for Grab Bars is taken from center flange to center flange, and the positioning of the mounting peg (flange) 2 inches in from each end contributes to the increased end-to-end length. Its appearance is more akin to a railing.
