2025 Preseason Update: Due to extremely high demand (which has been increased by MotoAmerica's requirement for racers to wear air vests), Helite is working hard to keep up with production on vests and refill canisters. Because of this, when you order your Helite product, we cannot guarantee that the vests or canisters will be in stock at our HQ. In regards to vests specifically, in most cases we receive vest orders from Helite within the 60 day window it takes to get your Bison suit produced, so this should not affect you. This replacement cartridge is intended for use with the INTEGRATED E-VEST. Please do not order this cartridge if you are using another model such as the GP Air, as it will not work.

Can I bring my HELITE product on the plane?

Yes legally, you can take your airbag with CO2 cartridge on a plane in a checked bag. The CO2 cartridge is considered non-flammable dangerous goods. Airlines can confiscate your cartridge for no reason. To increase the chances that your cartridges arrive safely we advise you to download and print the form for traveling with dangerous goods and leave them near the cartridges and the airbag.

We also advise you to leave the cartridge screwed into the airbag and keep additional cartridges close to the vest to help the authorities to understand what they will be used for.
