This very unique motorcycle racing suit was custom made by Bison and includes all of the features and quality we're known for. As with all of our custom items, this item was covered by our Fitment Guarantee, which means if the buyer had issues with fit - due either to their own measurement error or a factory error - Bison alters or replaces the item free of charge. In this case, the customer's suit was replaced and we took the original back into stock. Upon receiving this suit, any unique patches were removed and/or replaced and design elements were changed or added to retain the individuality of both articles.

Keep in mind that in some cases these suits were worn for a very short period of time (usually one or two rides) but they are clean and not broken in. They present as new items. Bison Thor.1 suits include:

• 1.2-1.3mm cowhide OR 1.1-1.2mm kangaroo hide in a wide variety of colors with printed patterns available.
• Perforation options ranging from none to “all non-impact areas”.
• Accordion flex panels in seven areas enhance mobility with zero safety compromises.
• Genuine Swiss Keprotech kevlar fabric in all stretch zones including behind leather accordion panels.
• Stingray skin sliders in four impact areas (forearms and outer buttocks) add another layer of protection for your skin and the suit itself.
• CE Level 2 protection in all impact points throughout the suit except hips, which are Level 1. (Certified EN 1621-1). Forcefield Level 2 armor is available at an additional fee.
• Soft Kevlar featured on cuffs and back of neck for added mobility and comfort.
  Genuine metal YKK zippers (5 external).
• Removable mesh inner liner.
• Bison Tracktion rubber inner knee grips.
• Impact and slide areas feature multiple layers of animal hide.
• Impact and slide areas feature reinforced double- and triple-stitched seams.
• Kevlar thread available as an option at no additional charge.

Bison Thor.2 suits come AirHide air vest prepared. This means the suit is purchased without an air vest but you will have the capability of accepting your choice of the most popular air vests on the market today. *IMPORTANT: While Bison AirHide is compatible with multiple air vests, only the Helite Integrated E-Vest is approved by the manufacturer for use in Bison suits. In addition, the wearer is responsible for procuring the air vest and any related components needed for use with the product (namely, LED lights for the Alpinestars Tech Air Race vest).
