Carpo’s Amber Moon Cocktail Recipe

• 1.5 oz Barrel 89 Brandy
• .25 oz Portland Chai Syrup
• .25 oz Morris Kitchen Spiced Apple
• .5 oz Fresh Lemon

CCombine ingredients in cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, & serve up or over a large cube in your favorite rocks glass, jar, or mug. Garnish with dehydrated lemon. In the mood for a toddy?! Add an ounce or two of hot water and enjoy! Pairs best with the crackle of a bonfire and the rosy cheeks of family and friends!
