This pair of smoking chairs features oak frames with upholstered seats and armrests. Designed to be sat in sideways, what appears to be the back of the chair is actually a place to rest the smoking arm. Compartments for storing pipes and tobacco swing out from below the upholstered armrests. The back splats are appropriately carved with crossed pipes. Barley twist legs terminating in ball feet are united by H-stretchers. The seat height is approximately 18 inches.

Condition: Consistent with age and use. Cracks, scratches, dings.
