Solid hand carved maple back and sides, solid hand carved spruce top, ebony fingerboard and bridge.  Barely any fret wear. Great neck set, low action. No sinking in top, no cracks, Etc…it’s been well cared for.  It’s all original except the addition of the armrest and pickguard, and the neck has been “speed necked" which makes for a very smooth feel.  The tone is very punch and loud and responds very quickly to even a slight pick attack.  This is a great mandolin for somebody wanting a high end quality mando that will hang in there with the best of em, which will retain and gain in value.
