Vulcan’s stock pot ranges are designed for busy kitchens that prepare and serve a large volume of liquids like stock. With two 55,000 BTU/hr ring-type burners, this natural gas powered range has a total of 110,000 BTU, making it both powerful and highly efficient.
Two infinite control power valves as well as a standing pilot ignition system makes it simple to operate while also giving you the precision needed when cooking. This stock pot range also comes with a heat shield that protects the gas valves from high temperatures, extending the life of the valve component.
Convenient and Durable Design
The VSP100 features a stainless steel front and sides providing the ultimate durability as well as making it easy to clean. A heavy-duty cast iron top grate has the strength to support even the largest stock pots allowing you to rely on this range for any task, big or small.
For maximum convenience, four nickel-plated legs come standard with the VSP100 and adjust from 22.5 inches to 24 inches in height.
