When you are purchasing your coasters, please leave the following information in the "Personalization" field, in the "Note to Seller" section in the cart page, or message us after purchase.

1) Ink color (see images). The ink color must be the same on all of them
2) Please send us 2-3 good images of your pet
3) Pet's name
4) Pet's breed(s)
5) Your email address so you can approve the proof
6) Your phone number for delivery

If you purchased custom items, or pet or venue illustrated products please allow for 4-8 business days for your proof.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Current production times for coasters is 14-20 business days (4-8 days for proofing, and 10-12 days for production). Please allow 4-8 business days for custom designs, and pet or venue illustrations. Production times do not include shipping times. All items ship from the USA.

• Please note: if you would like to cancel your order after the proof has been created, for any reason, a $25 fee will be retained for the time taken to create the illustration.
