For your viewing pleasure is this vintage 1960s Ludwig Downbeat 8x12 tom in gorgeous Red Sparkle. The drum dates to 1966 and has the original white interior, original tone controls with correct baseball bat lever. This tom is in great condition and displays beautifully. Up close, you can see some normal light signs of age and buffing marks where the previous owner tried cleaning up this set. Aside from the heads, it's all original. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. Most importantly, it tunes up with the greatest of ease and sounds fantastic. Serial #339XXX Enjoy!
