This being said I have a simple policy within 30 days of receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied we accept the item back without question. You will be responsible for shipping and you will receive a refund the day the item is received back in our possession.

And with your certificate I will provide specific details date and location of where I obtained the signature(s).
