Hyginox SEN 20 Internally Sealed Explosion Proof Portable Pump

The INOXPA HYGINOX SEN-20 pump is perfect for busy distilleries. A close-coupled, stainless steel centrifugal pump, the Hyginox series comes with a long-lasting internal mechanical seal for minimal maintenance and increased durability. These internal seals help reduce product build-up and leaking and improve reliability, providing a pump that just keeps going without hassle or fuss. The explosion-proof motor makes this pump suitable for use with high proof alcohol, ethanol, and other flammable liquids. It is ideal for use in distilling, making alcohol blended drinks, and for herbal extractions. 

The SEN20 explosion-proof assembly features an INOXPA SEN20 pump head, an explosion-proof motor, a stainless steel heavy-duty cart, and an explosion-proof starter. The motor is a NEMA 7/9 Frame C-face Premium Efficiency Explosion Proof Motor, it is UL/CSA Approved for Class 1 Group D and Class 2 Groups F,G. Our carts are custom designed and built in Canada from sanitary stainless steel with non-marring heavy duty wheels. The starter has a NEMA 7/9 enclosure and has start/stop pushbuttons. Explosion-proof pumps are shipped without plugs. Customer must install a plug that meets local regulations and electrical code.

The explosion-proof Sen 20 is only available in three-phase power and is compatible with 460V and 230V. Single-phase motors are available upon request, please contact us for a quote. All pumps come standard with Tri-clamp connections, but we can supply other connection types by special order.
