K-Sabatier is located in Theirs, France producing traditional style knives to the region for 8 generations now. These blades are forged from a single piece of Z50C13 stainless steel tempered to 54-56 hrc. These have good toughness and easy sharpenability while still maintaining a nice edge life. The handle is made from sturdy and easy to care for POM material with 3 rivets.

Note- These blades may have small finish imperfections as part of the making process. They do not come in a presentation box but you will be provided with a complimentary sleeve with the knife to protect the edge.
