Comprised of a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% wheat and 12% malted barley, it is one of the highest ratios of wheat used in Bourbon made in Kentucky. We source the corn and wheat from a farm just a few miles from the distillery. Non-chill filtered.

Comprised of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley, it is one of the highest rye content bourbons in Kentucky. We use Kentucky grown heritage rye from a local farm and the corn comes from a farm a few miles away from the distillery. Non-chill filtered.
