This Labconco Purifier Logic Series 4’ wide bio safety cabinet is a Class II Type A2 bio safety cabinet. Applications include work with agents that require Biosafety Level 1, 2, or 3 containment and antineoplastic drug preparation. HEPA filter system removes 99.99% of 0.3-µm particles. Advanced filter monitoring system and ergonomic design increases safety assurance and the LCD safety monitoring system provides detailed information and warns users when hazardous conditions are detected. An airflow alert also sounds in the case of a change in airflow, which could be caused by an obstruction and be potentially harmful, or when the filter has 20, 10, and 0% life remaining. A status line provides feedback on the system, including whether the system is “OK” or if the “sash is too high” while a continuous bar graph display provides information on the life of the HEPA filter and when it will need to be changed. The Labconco Purifier Logic has an ergonomic design that features an angled sash for more comfortable viewing without glare, 27” of viewing height, bright fluorescent lighting for less eye strain, and a curved inlet grille to support forearms during use. Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each bio safety cabinet to ensure that the controls and blower motor work properly. Unless otherwise specified all biosafety cabinets come with new HEPA filters installed by our technicians at our facility prior to shipment. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a bio safety cabinet certification in order to ensure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.
