6' Labconco XPert Filtered Balance System

The Labconco XPert Filtered Balance System provides user protection by keeping powders and particulates contained during weighing procedures. The built-in blower and exhaust HEPA filter mounted in the upper plenum take up less space than a separate exhauster would require, and isolation supports minimize blower vibration.

Since HEPA filtered air is returned to the laboratory, these Labconco XPert filtered balance enclosures offer the added benefit of low installation costs and require no ducting to the outside. Interior dimensions accommodate large micro and analytical balances. Containment-enhancing features ensure that potent powders frequently found in pharmaceutical, dry chemical, mold and asbestos weighing operations are kept away from the operator.

6' Labconco XPert 3950630 – Features

The Labconco XPert filtered balance enclosure features an ergonomic 10-degree angled sash that hinges upward for easy loading. It locks securely and includes a wiping seal to contain contaminants while offering a 12” working height. The system also has an aerodynamic Clean-Sweep airflow with ergonomic airfoils. Its exhaust HEPA filter is 99.99% efficient for particles as small as 0.3 microns, and it includes a built-in blower and two utility ports.

Testing

This 6' Labconco XPert 3950630 is used and reconditioned.  Our technicians inspect all fume hoods to make sure that the baffles are present and intact, the interior lights are functioning, and that the sash is intact and runs smoothly on the tracks along with the counterweights.
