The Labconco XPert Nano enclosure provides user protection by containing hazardous powders and particulates during nanoparticle manipulation, dry powder chemical handling, and other applications. No duct work or connections are required for installation outside of a standard 110V/120V outlet. Room air is pulled into the enclosure through the front opening and flows to the back baffle, carrying any particulate matter through a ULPA exhaust filter before returning to the laboratory or clean room. The ULPA filter is 99.999% efficient and traps any particles of 0.12 micron in size or larger. The space saving design incorporates the impeller and ULPA filters are contained within the upper plenum for a small footprint while the built in impeller has vibration-isolation supports to minimize disturbance and interference with balances and weighing applications.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
