VWR 1179MD Recirculating Chiller – Features

This positive displacement pump offers adjustable pressure from 20 to 100 psi, allowing flexibility for various applications. It features a digital LED display with microprocessor control for precise operation. The PID controller ensures accurate temperature regulation, with a selectable readout in either °C or °F.

The unit operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C and provides ±0.1°C temperature stability. With a 2900W at 20°C cooling capacity, 100W at 0°C cooling capacity, 1 hp compressor, 230V, 60Hz.

Testing

This VWR 1179MD Recirculating Chiller is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all circulators to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications.

While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be operated. If the circulator is both heated and cooled, we will perform extended runs at both ends of the temperature range.
