The PT-D6000ULK features image brightness of 6,500 ANSI Lumens, which produces vivid colorful images with life-like depth, with the aid of the newly-engineered RGB Booster. The Dual-Lamp System makes sure that presentations aren't interrupted even if a lamp suddenly burns out. This is in addition to the Auto Cleaning Filter, which makes filter cleaning unnecessary for approximately 10,000 hours, for high reliability.

Another noteworthy feature of the projector is the liquid-cooling system, which directly cools the DLP chip.
