The walls are consist of three layers, a 16mm tongue and groove outer layer, a 44mm gap in the middle that is filled with insulation, and a 12mm tongue and groove inner wall. The thick walls mean heat is trapped in and any entering noise from the outside is greatly reduced.

Each window used in this building is double glazed as standard and filled with argon, helping to retain the warmth all year round. The roof and floor are built using 16mm tongue and groove cladding and also utilise the same Eco-quilt insulation within their construction. We use an EPDM rubber to cover the roof of this building, EPDM is a membrane designed by Firestone that offers incredibly resilient and long lasting protection against the British weather.
