A lapis lazuli cabochon has been set in sterling and fine silver. Below the deep blue stone dangles a faceted pyrite teardrop. I have made this one-of-a-kind necklace by sawing, soldering, texturing, and finishing the design entirely by hand. Pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain. The silver has been oxidized and polished to create a light patina finish.
