Round, rather semi-sweet and very delicate on the palate, this elegant and balanced Chenin reveals a great finesse, vitality and lingering salinity. Medium-bodied but intense and fine, this wine is lifted by its delicate and ludic acidity, whereas the tannins are slightly austere in the beginning but delicate after aeration.
