A deep drainage channel on the grilling side keeps the grease away from the cooking surface; while the griddle has a high tapered rim to keep the food on the griddle and reducing the amount of cooking mess. A removable, rubber coated, stainless steel handle lets you cook and serve with ease. Dishwasher and oven safe to 400°.
