The Nuna PIPA Next has been tested to the rigorous R129 i-Size safety standards, and boasts Side Impact Protection which shields your little one in the event of a side-on collision. The PIPA Next has also been updated to feature a new high-strength steel handle that directs the majority of the force of impact into the car seat shell, and away from your baby, protecting the sensitive head area. 

When used in conjunction with the Nuna BASE Next ISOFIX Base (sold separately), the Infant Carrier benefits from ISOFIX security and a crumple zone in the stability leg which absorbs impact force, protecting baby and giving you ultimate peace of mind.
