The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley/Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.
