This is the true biennial Sweet William. It needs to be planted in autumn for blooming the following spring. Expect the full range of colors: some solid, and some with a clear white eye and/or margin. It tends to perennialize here in Vermont, but may behave differently in warmer climates. 

Electron is the classic Sweet William.
