Tasting Notes

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Meant to be aged, this wine has all of the backbone of a polished cabernet melded with vibrant fruit and refined acidity. Dark fruit notes including blackcurrant, blackberry, and cassis meld with cedar and mushroom at the mid-palate. Velvety tannins and bakers chocolate characterize an extended finish.
