A friend on Instagram recently posted several pictures of her travels in England, including a lovely capture of a quince bush in full bloom and I was so captivated by the lush blooms growing up against a lovely old wall.  I messaged her to ask what kind of flowers they were, as I'd never seen them before!

Turns out, they were of course, quince and I couldn't wait to paint some!  Their gorgeous orangey-red color is just so pretty and I decided to set mine against an ombre blue background for a lovely bit of contrast!

Painted on 1-1/2" deep edge, gallery profile canvas. Edges are fully painted so framing isn't necessary.

Painting is signed in gold on front as well as signed and dated on the back.
