These hoops feature some stunningly blue Royston turquoise that is natural and untreated (rather rare in the turquoise world), surrounded by smooth wire with decorative notches carefully sawed in. The backs of each stone are stamped with my maker's mark and STERLING, and the 2" hoops come on sterling silver ear wires and I include rubber backings to make sure they are extra secure while being worn.

Turquoise is considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
