The ring is an open style ring, which means that it is technically a size 6.5, it can be slightly opened or closed to fit a size 6-7. The ring has a double half round split shank band, and is stamped with my maker's mark and STERLING on the back.

Turquoise is considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
