This 1200 lb (combined double-sided) pull fishing magnet has been the staple of our operations and is the perfect all-around magnet for beginners and seasoned underwater treasure hunters alike. 

Each side will produce around 600 lbs of pulling force.

You don't have to worry about which way the magnet is oriented under water since each side provides up to 600 lbs of pulling force. 

If you prefer to drop your magnet off a bridge and use it as a drop magnet instead, not a problem... Simply move the eyelet from the outer edge to the flat edge, and now you have a 600 lb drop magnet.

It's like getting 2 magnets for the price of 1.

The eyebolt can screw into the side of the casing, or through the magnet face.

Using this magnet in the single-sided configuration will provide a stronger hold since the user is pulling perpendicular to the target.

PULLING FORCE SPECIFICATIONS
Depending on the type of application (thickness/condition of base metal, temperatures, and direction of pull), the forces can be influenced enormously. Example... Mounting on vertical surfaces can reduce the pulling force by up to 70% off the indicated values. Magnet fishing is a fun social sport and if you find your magnet is not strong enough, it's probably time to upgrade to a larger size.
