This set is everything I love about antique books - the marbled covers, beautiful leather binding, originally published language (!) and the pretty accents on the spine. It just doesn’t get any better than these. The bindings are in excellent condition, and the leather, while appropriately aged, is still supple.

This is a complete set encompassing the full novel Les Trois Mousquetaires written by Alexandre Dumas and originally published in French in 1844. This set (also in French) was published sometime between 1860-1870 by the French publisher Calmann-Levy, who is still in business today.
