A BATHING APE® (BAPE®) and HAYN have teamed up on a collection of slide sandals.

For this collection, the "STA CAMO" pattern is used for the straps that cover the instep area. The "STA CAMO" pattern, which was reprinted this season, has been sublimated to create a more pop image.

Four color patterns are available. Each of them has its own unique coloring, allowing you to enjoy coordinating them to your liking. In addition, the outsole is made of natural rubber material and the footbed is made of recycled PU.

The slides were released on November 14 (Sun), 2021 at A BATHING APE® authorized stores and BAPE.COM WEB STORE.

SLIDES ANATOMY

1. Dual injected recycled PU.

2. Rubber leaf inspired sole pattern.

3. The strap is cut into 2 pieces and fully lined on the inside with a single piece of neoprene to create an expansion joint. This is a patent-pending design element that provides a perfect fit for any type of foot.

4. Recycled rubber bottoms. Water repellent coating applied to straps for durability.

RECYCLABLE MATERIALS

HAYN slides incorporate the use of recyclable materials, such as the polyurethane in the footbed and natural rubber in the outsole.

EXPANSION JOINT

Our patent pending “expansion joint” allows our slides to maintain a sleek and slim side profile while addressing the biggest problem faced in the slide market today: fit. With the expansion joint in place, the strap can stretch and adjust to the foot of its wearer for a comfortable and snug fit, similar to the shoelaces on a pair of sneakers.

The outsole features an elevated height, taking a more aggressive and innovative visual approach.

These slides are listed in men's sizes. Women's sizes are equivalent to roughly 1.5 sizes up from the listed men's size. For example, a men's size 5 is equivalent to a women's 6.5, a men's size 6 is equivalent to a women's 7.5.
