Multi-purpose Steiff Tom Cat Hand Puppet ~ All Ids 1968-78 Collection [PgXQAuR5]

Steiff Tom Cat is certainly a favorite among Steiff's beloved felines and it is even more desirable as a playful hand puppet! This Kitty's expression with green eyes is hard to resist. Like other toys of the time, this Tom Cat puppet was skilfully handcrafted in Germany between 1968-78 and uses the finest mohair. The pictures can't capture how lustrous the dark plush is. And this puppet is even more special because it retains all IDs – button, yellow flag #6670/17 and chest tag and is in excellent condition. Tom Cat has nylon whiskers and the nose/mouth is stitched. Its head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and has a plastic finger tube for movement. It has been gently used or not used at all. For sure this sweet little puppet will be a nice addition to your vintage toy collection!
