Here's a spectacular Pretty Polly puppet from the world renown Punch & Judy Show! This is a rare find from an old hand puppet set. She comes in unusual large size with a finely carved wooden head. The puppet is also beautifully hand painted. She has a fabric body with some lovely small wooden hands and legs. She is from German origin, likely made in the early 1900s. She has solid structure and displays very well, but she shows age wear, gained during her many years of life. However her imperfections only give her an added layer of charm and personality. This great piece of history will certainly be a special addition to any antique toy or theater collection!
