Once you have made your selections above and submitted your order, we will create a design based on your selections and submit a mock-up via your email for you to view and approve. At that time, you can make adjustments if needed. If you require your sign to be larger than what you ordered, additional charges will apply.

Please note: You will not get a sample of what you are creating as you are creating it. Please allow us at least 48 hours to create your digital sample as these are not computer generated. We believe working one on one with the customer not only allows for a better experience, it also allows us the ability to offer more options for your sign. All digital samples are created in the order they are received.

Made of hand-picked select pine boards. No knots!
Materials: Wood, paint and stain.
Hanging hardware not included as you will be using the frame to hang your sign. It is important that you use hardware to support the weight of this sign (anchors and screws).

PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

Because all of our products are handmade/made to order, please allow us at least 3-4 weeks for us to complete your sign order and prepare it for shipping. It is our goal here at Rusty Star to provide you with excellent service for both the quality of our products as well as the shipment of your order.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and will be received in 3-4 days once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP
If you are local to us, we do offer customer pick-up. All customer pick-up orders MUST be picked up at our place of business and are by appointment only. If you are not here by your appointment time, you will need to call us and reschedule for a different time. All pick-ups must be done by 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
