This bra features an encased elastic waistband, fully lined interior, adjustable/ hidden reinforcment elastic shoulder ties, and coverstitching on the band seam to ensure no elastic twists and turns. This bra is for light/medium impact workouts or daywear - not recommended for runners or high impact movement.
