The Byredo design house was founded in Stockholm, Sweden by Ben Gorham in 2006. Passionate about scent and its power to evoke memory from an early age, Gorham drew especial inspiration from a visit to his mother's Indian hometown, where he fell in love with the rich simplicity of natural spices and incense.
