Kenzo World Perfume by Kenzo, Released in 2016 under new art direction, Kenzo World is a simple composition that packs a powerful punch.

Created by renegade perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, the scent is designed for woman who dare to be different. It opens with top notes of lush red fruits, which escape into the middle notes of peony and Egyptian jasmine, to settle finally into an intoxicating base note of ambroxin.

The bottle itself is also unique and alludes to the otherworldly power the third eye. Translucent blue, its form is the bottom half of an almond-shaped eye, and from the spritzer cap hangs a gold-colored pearl, the eyeball’s pupil. The cap for the bottle is black and ridged, the eyelashes of the top half of the eye. Inviting third-eye protection, it also offers an energy to open one’s own eyes to see the World.

Kenzo was founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada. The company launched its first perfume line in 1978 and expanded to a full parfum line in 1987.
