With other Evolis printers you may have to pay extra to get the LCD touch screen, but the PrimacyID includes this important upgrade for free! The LCD screen makes it more intuitive to use the printer compared to small up/down and select arrows found on other printers.

This screen will have your printer's ribbon, card, and cleaning status displayed so you always know how many prints you have left and if it's time to clean the printer. If you need to access the printer settings, they are only a touch away in the Settings menu found in the bottom right corner of the screen.

A new color-coordinated alert system also makes it easier for you to know when something happens to the printer. Green for good messages, orange for alerts, and red for critical errors. The screen will also display the printer status (and the larger screen means it can provide more details).
