This 5 ft. x 6 ft. high machine guarding panel is an easy, economical, and safe way to protect personnel from dangers posed by welding machines, conveyors, wrappers, and other equipment that your employees still need access to. Our machine guarding products can be installed by a single person, are up to 50% faster to install than most competing products, and are compliant with OSHA and ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012 safety standards. This machine guarding panel is constructed in the USA from heavy-duty 10-gauge wire, welded in a 1 ¼ ” x 1 ¼” rectangular mesh design. Machine guarding panels come fully assembled and are easy to install to the upright posts and doors (sold separately). All posts, panels, and doors are predrilled with threaded inserts and a patent pending T-slot assembly solution to minimize the time and resources required to install or remove the guarding (simply hang on a bolt and then tighten, or loosen bolts and lift to remove panels). This panel can be combined with additional posts, panels, and doors to create a free-standing cage or partition quickly and inexpensively within your facility.
